ACOS will only ever work with reputable Education Agents who have appropriate knowledge and understanding of the Australian international education industry and mandatory legislation. As such, we only engage agents who have completed the Education Agents Training Course [EATC] offered by Professional International Education Resources [PIER] or a recognised equivalent.
All written agreements with ACOS and our agents are recorded in the Education Agent Agreements Register; with each required to comply with legislated Registered Training Organisations practices, and the legislated framework of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 [ESOS] and the National Code 2018.
